Early Career in Retail Management

Kemtal Glasgow began his academic career at triOS College, specializing in Business Technology and Healthcare. He graduated in 2001 with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), preparing him for various roles such as IT manager, systems analyst, and database administrator. He then spent over a decade with TJX Canada as a Retail Manager, swiftly moving through several roles within the organization, including Field/Operational Trainer, Store Systems, and Store Operations Manager. He ultimately took on managerial responsibilities overseeing numerous stores in Western Canada.

His impact on retail management is evident, having been directly involved in over 40 new store openings, relocations, and renovations, notably initiating the first six HomeSense stores in Canada. His ability to drive results in employee management and customer satisfaction is marked by his expertise in managing workflow and resolving conflicts with creativity and critical thinking.

Director of Leadership Development

In 2007, Kemtal transitioned to Director of Leadership Development at Global Expeditions, a missionary program based in Texas that offers unique short-term experiences abroad and in the US. This role allowed him to refine his mentoring and motivational speaking skills as he developed leadership training programs for project directors and managers.

He was promoted to Executive Director of Acquire the Fire, Teen Mania's live events division. Under his leadership, the organization experienced significant growth. Kemtal managed a team of nearly 100 staff and interns, launching numerous new products and improving operational efficiencies. He was pivotal in implementing digital technologies to enhance reporting systems and streamline department workflow and communication.

Executive Director and Faith Leader

As a highly sought-after motivational speaker with expertise in organizational leadership, business management, and employee relations, he continues to lead Victoryville Group LLC. Previously, he served as an executive pastor at a central nondenominational evangelical church in Texas, overseeing nine campus locations around the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His focus has shifted to aiding those affected by church or religious institutions.

He has also worked with AFCM International’s Southern Plains Region, providing support and encouragement to pastors needing a supportive voice. A charter class graduate of the AFCM International Training Center and an alumnus of the Huge O'Brian Youth Leadership Foundation, Kemtal is committed to helping pastors, leaders, and those hurt by religious organizations.

In addition to his role at Victorville Group, Kemtal enjoys coaching the next generation of business and nonprofit leaders. He is a frequent guest lecturer at leadership seminars, conferences, and retreats nationwide, sharing his knowledge and experience.
